Commercial Design
Over a substantial period of time J & M Cook Engineering Services has been involved in a range of Commercial Developments in the Dubbo Area and surrounding Region. The work for these projects has involved the submission and approval of Development and Building Applications to Council prior to commencement of construction. All Commercial projects have been determined to satisfy the requirements of Council's Development Codes. Commercial Developement projects generally involve the interaction of Codes and Planning Issues which govern the development of Commercial Projects.
